                     Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport, pursuant to paragraph 14(1)(a) and subsections 14(2) and 14(3) of the Canada Marine Act, hereby reappoints D.S. (Sam) Walters of St. John’s, Newfoundland and Labrador, as a director of the St. John’s Port Authority, to hold office for a term of three years, effective May 1, 2005.

                     Sur recommandation du ministre des Transports et en vertu de l’alinéa 14(1)a) et des paragraphes 14(2) et 14(3) de la Loi maritime du Canada, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil renouvelle le mandat de D.S. (Sam) Walters, de St. John’s (Terre-Neuve et Labrador), administrateur de l’Administration portuaire de St. John’s, pour une période de trois ans, à compter du 1^er mai 2005.
