                     Sur recommandation du ministre de la Justice, le Comité du Conseil privé recommande que Mary Josephine Nolan, de la ville de Windsor dans la province de l'Ontario, une avocate, soit nommée juge de la Cour supérieure de justice, et juge d'office de la Cour d'appel de l'Ontario.

                     The Committee of the Privy Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Justice, advise that Mary Josephine Nolan, of the City of Windsor in the Province of Ontario, Barrister-at-law, be appointed a Judge of the Superior Court of Justice, and a Judge ex officio of the Court of Appeal for Ontario.
