                      Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Labour, pursuant to subsection 6(4) of the Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation Act, hereby approves the appointment by the Minister of Labour of Alexander Werzberger of Outremont, Quebec, as a director of the Board of Directors of Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation, to hold office during pleasure for a term of three years, in the place of Michel Bérubé, whose term has expired.

                     Sur recommandation du ministre du Travail et en vertu du paragraphe 6(4) de la Loi sur la Société canadienne d'hypothèques et de logement, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil approuve la nomination par le ministre du Travail de Alexander Werzberger, d’Outremont (Québec), administrateur du conseil d'administration de la Société canadienne d'hypothèques et de logement, à titre amovible, pour un mandat de trois ans, en remplacement de Michel Bérubé, dont le mandat a pris fin.
