                     Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Indian Affairs and Northern Development, pursuant to paragraph 79(a) of the Indian Act, hereby

(a) amends the fourth paragraph of Order in Council P.C. 2005-232 of February 22, 2005, by replacing the name “Carey Darrin Wahobin” with the name “Clarence Frank Moosoomin”; and

(b) replaces the table entitled “Candidates for Councillor” in the schedule to that Order with the table set out in the annexed schedule.

                     Sur recommandation du ministre des Affaires indiennes et du Nord canadien et en vertu de l’alinéa 79a) de la Loi sur les Indiens, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil :

a) modifie le quatrième paragraphe du décret C.P. 2005-232 du 22 février 2005 en remplaçant le nom « Carey Darrin Wahobin » par le nom « Clarence Frank Moosoomin »;

b) remplace le tableau intitulé « Candidats aux postes de conseiller » de l’annexe de ce décret par le tableau figurant à l’annexe ci-jointe.
