                     Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of State styled Minister of Human Resources and Skills Development, pursuant to subsection 111(2) of the Employment Insurance Act, hereby appoints Walter Alexander Kubanek of Red Deer, Alberta, to be Chairperson of the Boards of Referees for the Alberta Regional Division, and particularly for the District of Red Deer, for a term of three years.
