                      Her Excellency the Governor General in Council,

on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport and the Treasury Board, hereby authorizes:

 

(a) pursuant to paragraph 16(1)(i) of the Federal Real Property and Federal Immovables Act, the grant of the federal real property described in Schedule A hereto by Her Majesty to Herself; and

 

(b) that an Instrument of Grant do issue accordingly.

                      Sur recommandation du ministre des Transports et du Conseil du Trésor, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil autorise :

 

a) en vertu de l’alinéa 16(1)i) de la Loi sur les immeubles fédéraux et les biens réels fédéraux, la concession en faveur de Sa Majesté du bien réel fédéral décrit à l’annexe A ci-jointe;

 

b) qu’un acte de concession soit délivré en conséquence.

A parcel of land forming part of the Bed and Foreshore of the Fraser River fronting Lot 5 of District Lots 340 and 344, Group 1, New Westminster District, Plan LMP44516, as shown in heavy outline on an unregistered survey plan superintended by Raymond Harold Janzen, B.C.L.S., completed on March 25th, 2002, and bearing the title “STATUTORY RIGHT OF WAY PLAN OVER A PORTION OF UNSURVEYED CROWN LAND BEING THE BED OF THE FRASER RIVER FRONTING DISTRICT LOTS 340 AND 344, GROUP 1, NEW WESTMINSTER DISTRICT”.

Une parcelle de terrain faisant partie du lit et de l’estran du fleuve Fraser, située en front du lot 5 des lots de district 340 et 344, groupe 1, district de New Westminster, plan LMP44516, dont le contour est tracé en gras dans un plan de référence non enregistré sous la supervision de Raymond Harold Janzen, arpenteur-géomètre de la C.-B., daté du 25 mars 2002 et dont la note marginale est « STATUTORY RIGHT OF WAY PLAN OVER A PORTION OF UNSURVEYED CROWN LAND BEING THE BED OF THE FRASER RIVER FRONTING DISTRICT LOTS 340 AND 344, GROUP 1, NEW WESTMINSTER DISTRICT ».
