                     Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport, pursuant to paragraph 14(1)(a) and subsection 14(2) of the Canada Marine Act, hereby appoints William H. Richardson of Bedford, Nova Scotia, as a director of the Halifax Port Authority, to hold office for a term of three years, in the place of Alan R. Abraham Jr., whose term has expired.

                     Sur recommandation du ministre des Transports et en vertu de l’alinéa 14(1)a) et du paragraphe 14(2) de la Loi maritime du Canada, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme William H. Richardson, de Bedford (Nouvelle-Écosse), administrateur de l’Administration portuaire de Halifax, pour un mandat de trois ans, en remplacement de Alan R. Abraham Jr., dont le mandat a pris fin.
