                     Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport, pursuant to section 105 of the Financial Administration Act, hereby approves the appointment by the Minister of Transport of

Barry A. Hogan of Sarnia, Ontario, as a member of the Blue Water Bridge Authority to hold office during pleasure for a term of three years, in the place of Donald Charles MacNeill, whose term has expired.

                     Sur recommandation du ministre des Transports et en vertu de l’article 105 de la Loi sur la gestion des finances publiques, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil approuve la nomination par le ministre des Transports de Barry A. Hogan, de Sarnia (Ontario), membre de l'Administration du pont Blue Water, à titre amovible, pour un mandat de trois ans, en remplacement de Donald Charles MacNeill, dont le mandat a pris fin.
