                     Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Industry, pursuant to section 14 of the Standards Council of Canada Act, hereby reappoints Peter D. Clark of Manotick, Ontario, to be Executive Director of the Standards Council of Canada to hold office during pleasure for a term of three years, and fixes his remuneration and other conditions of employment as set out in the annexed schedule, which salary is within the Crown Corporation Group 3 range ($129,800 - $152,700), effective April 26, 2005.

                     Sur recommandation du ministre de l’Industrie et en vertu de l’article 14 de la Loi sur le Conseil canadien des normes, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme de nouveau Peter D. Clark, de Manotick (Ontario), directeur général du Conseil canadien des normes, à titre amovible pour un mandat de trois ans, et fixe sa rémunération et autres conditions d’empoi conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l’échelle salariale du groupe 3 des sociétés d’État (129 800 $ - 152 700 $), à compter du 26 avril 2005.
