                     Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Canadian Heritage and the Treasury Board, pursuant to paragraph 15(1)(b) of the National Capital Act, hereby approves that the National Capital Commission amend an existing lease with the Corporation of the City of Ottawa in respect of the premises located at 1471 Blair Road, by removing 1.07 hectares of land from the leased premises and by adding 1.26 hectares of land to the leased premises, which lands are more particularly described in the annexed schedule and otherwise on terms satisfactory to the National Capital Commission.

                     Sur recommandation de la ministre du Patrimoine canadien et du Conseil du Trésor et en vertu de l’alinéa 15(1)b) de la Loi sur la capitale nationale, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil approuve que la Commission de la capitale nationale modifie un bail existant avec la Corporation de la Ville d’Ottawa visant le bien-fonds situé au 1471, chemin Blair, par retrait de 1,07 hectares de terrain du bien-fonds et par adjonction de 1,26 hectares de terrain au bien-fonds, lesquels terrains sont décrits à l’annexe ci-jointe.

La modification se fait par ailleurs selon les conditions que la Commission de la capitale nationale juge satisfaisantes.
