                     Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Human Resources Development, pursuant to subsection 111(2) of the Employment Insurance Act, hereby reappoints Normand David Vallée of Sudbury, Ontario, to be Chairperson of the Boards of Referees for the Ontario Regional Division, and particularly for the District of Sudbury, for a term of three years, effective February 8, 2003.

                     Sur recommandation de la ministre du Développement des ressources humaines et en vertu du paragraphe 111(2) de la Loi sur l'assurance-emploi, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil renouvelle le mandat de Normand David Vallée, de Sudbury (Ontario), président des conseils arbitraux de la division régionale de l’Ontario, et en particulier pour le district de Sudbury, pour une période de trois ans, à compter du 8 février 2003.
