Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport, pursuant to sections 10 and 12 of the Canadian Air Transport Security Authority Act, appoints Penny Jane Westman of Westmount, Quebec, to be a director of the board of directors of the Canadian Air Transport Security Authority, to hold office during pleasure for a term of four years, in the place of Rafik Souccar, whose term has expired.

Sur recommandation du ministre des Transports et en vertu des articles 10 et 12 de la Loi sur l’Administration canadienne de la sûreté du transport aérien, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme Penny Jane Westman, de Westmount (Québec), administratrice du conseil d’administration de l’Administration canadienne de la sûreté du transport aérien, à titre amovible pour un mandat de quatre ans, en remplacement de Rafik Souccar dont le mandat a pris fin.
