Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport, pursuant to section 17 and subsection 21(2) of the Canadian Air Transport Security Authority Act, reappoints Michael Saunders of Ottawa, Ontario, as Chief Executive Officer of the Canadian Air Transport Security Authority, to hold office during pleasure for a term of one year, or until such time as a new Chief Executive Officer is appointed, whichever occurs first, and fixes his remuneration and certain conditions of employment as set out in the annexed schedule, which salary is within the range CEO 4 ($226,000 - $265,800), effective April 3, 2019.

Sur recommandation du ministre des Transports et en vertu de l’article 17 et du paragraphe 21(2) de la Loi sur l’Administration canadienne de la sûreté du transport aérien, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil renouvelle le mandat de Michael Saunders, d’Ottawa (Ontario), premier dirigeant de l’Administration canadienne de la sûreté du transport aérien, à titre amovible pour une période d’un an, ou jusqu’à ce qu’un nouveau premier dirigeant soit nommé, selon la première de ces éventualités, et fixe sa rémunération et certaines conditions d’emploi conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l’échelle CEO 4 (226 000 $ – 265 800 $), à compter du 3 avril 2019.
