Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport, pursuant to section 105 of the Financial Administration Act, approves the appointment by the Minister of Transport of Karen June Hill of Ohsweken, Ontario, to be a director of the board of directors of The Federal Bridge Corporation Limited, to hold office during pleasure for a term of four years, effective February 1, 2019, in the place of Gary Laverne Atkinson, whose term will expire.

Sur recommandation du ministre des Transports et en vertu de l’article 105 de la Loi sur la gestion des finances publiques, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil approuve la nomination par le ministre des Transports de Karen June Hill, de Ohsweken (Ontario), administratrice du conseil d’administration de La Société des ponts fédéraux Limitée, à titre amovible pour un mandat de quatre ans, à compter du 1^er février 2019, en remplacement de Gary Laverne Atkinson dont le mandat prendra fin.
