Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport:

(a) pursuant to sections 3 and 6 of the Transportation Appeal Tribunal of Canada Act, appoints Jacqueline Corado of La Pêche, Quebec, to be a full-time member of the Transportation Appeal Tribunal of Canada, to hold office during good behaviour for a term of four years;

(b) pursuant to section 4 of the Transportation Appeal Tribunal of Canada Act, designates Jacqueline Corado as Vice-Chairperson of the Transportation Appeal Tribunal of Canada for a term of four years; and

(c) pursuant to section 7 of the Transportation Appeal Tribunal of Canada Act, fixes her remuneration and certain conditions of employment as set out in the annexed schedule, which salary is within the range GCQ 4;

effective October 27, 2018.

Sur recommandation du ministre des Transports, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil :

a) en vertu des articles 3 et 6 de la Loi sur le Tribunal d’appel des transports du Canada, nomme Jacqueline Corado, de La Pêche (Québec), conseillère à temps plein du Tribunal d’appel des transports du Canada, à titre inamovible pour un mandat de quatre ans;

b) en vertu de l’article 4 de la Loi sur le Tribunal d’appel des transports du Canada, désigne Jacqueline Corado, vice-présidente du Tribunal d’appel des transports du Canada pour un mandat de quatre ans;

c) en vertu de l’article 7 de la Loi sur le Tribunal d’appel des transports du Canada, fixe sa rémunération et certaines conditions d’emploi conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l’échelle GCQ 4;

à compter du 27 octobre 2018.
