Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport, pursuant to paragraph 14(1)(a) of the Canada Marine Act, appoints Robbin Rout Raene Sinclaire of Gabriola Island, British Columbia, to be a director of the Nanaimo Port Authority, to hold office for a term of three years, in the place of Audrey Cynthia Cope, whose term has expired.

Sur recommandation du ministre des Transports et en vertu de l’alinéa 14(1)a) de la Loi maritime du Canada, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme Robbin Rout Raene Sinclaire, de Gabriola Island (Colombie-Britannique), administratrice de l’Administration portuaire de Nanaimo pour un mandat de trois ans, en remplacement d’Audrey Cynthia Cope dont le mandat a pris fin.
