Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport, pursuant to section 105 of the Financial Administration Act, approves the appointment by the Minister of Transport of Liza Ellen Aboud of Burnaby, British Columbia, to be a director of the Board of Directors of Ridley Terminals Inc., to hold office during pleasure for a term of three years, in the place of C. Scott M. Shepherd, whose term has expired.

Sur recommandation du ministre des Transports et en vertu de l’article 105 de la Loi sur la gestion des finances publiques, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil approuve la nomination par le ministre des Transports de Liza Ellen Aboud, de Burnaby (Colombie-Britannique), administratrice du conseil d’administration de Ridley Terminals Inc., à titre amovible pour un mandat de trois ans, en remplacement de C. Scott M. Shepherd dont le mandat a pris fin.
