Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport, pursuant to sections 3 and 11 of the Pilotage Act, approves the reappointment by the Minister of Transport of James Donald Pound of St. Catharines, Ontario, as a member of the Great Lakes Pilotage Authority, to hold office during pleasure for a term of three years.
