Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport, pursuant to section 3 of the Pilotage Act, approves the appointment by the Minister of Transport of Julie Margaret Mills of Ottawa, Ontario, to be a member of the Great Lakes Pilotage Authority, to hold office during pleasure for a term of four years, in the place of David Grieve, whose term has expired.

Sur recommandation du ministre des Transports et en vertu de l’article 3 de la Loi sur le pilotage, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil approuve la nomination par le ministre des Transports de Julie Margaret Mills, d’Ottawa (Ontario), membre de l’Administration de pilotage des Grands Lacs, à titre amovible pour un mandat de quatre ans, en remplacement de David Grieve dont le mandat a pris fin.
