Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport, pursuant to sections 153.7 and 154.2 of the Canada Transportation Act, reappoints Anne Marie Florence Legars of Montréal, Quebec, as the Administrator of the Fund for Railway Accidents Involving Designated Goods, to hold office during good behaviour for a term of five years, and fixes her remuneration and certain conditions of employment as set out in the annexed schedule, which per diem is within the range ($475 - $550).

Sur recommandation du ministre des Transports et en vertu des articles 153.7 et 154.2 de la Loi sur les transports au Canada, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil renouvelle le mandat d’Anne Marie Florence Legars, de Montréal (Québec), administratrice de la Caisse d’indemnisation pour les accidents ferroviaires impliquant des marchandises désignées, à titre inamovible pour une période de cinq ans, et fixe sa rémunération et certaines conditions d’emploi conformément à l’annexe ci jointe, lequel taux journalier se situe dans l’échelle (475 $ – 550 $).
