His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to section 5.1 of the Public Health Agency of Canada Act, appoints Siddika Mithani of Ottawa, Ontario, to be President of the Public Health Agency of Canada, to hold office during pleasure for a term of five years, and fixes her remuneration and certain conditions of employment as set out in the annexed schedule, which salary is within the range ($221,300 - $260,300), effective April 11, 2016.
