His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to paragraph 127.1(1)(c) of the Public Service Employment Act and Order in Council P.C. 2009-422 of March 25, 2009, as amended by Order in Council P.C. 2012-1157 of October 4, 2012, appoints Jeffrey Davidson of Kingston, Ontario, to be special adviser to the Minister of International Trade, to be known as the Extractive Sector Corporate Social Responsibility Counsellor, to hold office during good behaviour for a term of three years, and fixes his remuneration and certain conditions of employment as set out in the annexed schedule, which salary is within the range ($152,000 - $178,800), effective May 19, 2015.

Sur recommandation du premier ministre et en vertu de l’alinéa 127.1(1)c) de la Loi sur l’emploi dans la fonction publique et en vertu du décret C.P. 2009-422 du 25 mars 2009, tel que modifié par le décret C.P. 2012-1157 du 4 octobre 2012, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil nomme Jeffrey Davidson, de Kingston (Ontario), conseiller spécial du ministre du Commerce international, lequel doit porter le titre de conseiller en responsabilité sociale des entreprises de l’industrie extractive, à titre inamovible, pour un mandat de trois ans, et fixe sa rémunération et certaines conditions d’emploi conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l’échelle (152 000 $ - 178 800 $), à compter du 19 mai 2015.
