   His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister for International Trade, pursuant to section 8 and subsection 9(2) of the Export Development Act, appoints Benoit Daignault of Ottawa, Ontario, to be President and Chief Executive Officer of Export Development Canada, to hold office during pleasure for a term of five years, and fixes his salary and other employment conditions as set out in the annexed schedule, which salary is within the range CEO 6 ($306,300 - $360,300), effective February 5, 2014.

   Sur recommandation du ministre du Commerce international et en vertu de l’article 8 et du paragraphe 9(2) de la Loi sur l’expansion des exportations, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil nomme Benoit Daignault, d’Ottawa (Ontario), président et chef de la direction d’Exportation et développement Canada, à titre amovible pour un mandat de cinq ans, et fixe son traitement et autres conditions d’emploi conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l’échelle CEO 6 (306 300 $ - 360 300 $), à compter du 5 février 2014.
